Made in Perth · for Aussie tradies

The jobs you miss don't leave a voicemail.

They ring the next tradie on Google. DMAC texts them back, works out what they need, and puts the job in your dashboard — while you’re still up the ladder.

🛡️ No Job, No Fee

You don’t pay until DMAC catches you a job. If you don’t win work in the 30 days after that, we refund every cent and you keep the leads. Then from $49/mo, cancel anytime.

Let it ring out and hang up. Check your phone in 10 seconds — that's exactly what your customer gets.

The problem

How many jobs did you lose this week?

You're under a sink, up a ladder, head-first in an engine bay, halfway through a kitchen, or 40km out at a job site. The phone rings. You can't answer.

01

You miss the call

Hands are full. Gloves on. The drill or the angle-grinder is still going.

02

They don’t leave a message

Most people never do. No voicemail, no text, nothing for you to call back.

03

They ring the next tradie

The job goes to whoever answers first — not whoever’s best.

The honest maths

Catch one job you'd have otherwise lost — all year — and DMAC has paid for itself.

That's the whole sum. From $49 a month, one saved job, square. Everything after that is yours.

And that's the only number we'll put in front of you.

We're not going to tell you you're losing $20,000 a month. Plenty of your missed calls aren't jobs at all — suppliers, wrong numbers, robocalls, someone chasing a quote from six months ago. We don't know how many of yours are real, and neither does anyone else selling you this.

The 7-day missed-call leak test

Work out whether you actually have a leak — before you pay anyone to fix it. Think back over the last seven days.

Now split those calls into three groups

Optional — how you normally work

Nothing to do with last week. These two just let us put a dollar figure on it — skip them and you'll still get your result.

Worked out on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Don't take our word for it

Answering first is the whole game.

Companies that respond to a customer enquiry within an hour are 7 times more likely to reach the decision maker than those that wait longer — and 60 times more likely than those that wait a day.

Harvard Business Review

Oldroyd, McElheran & Elkington, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”, March 2011 — from an audit of 2,241 companies. Read it

That was office businesses chasing web enquiries, not tradies missing calls on site. We’re not going to pretend they studied us. But the bit that carries across is the bit that matters: the one who gets back first usually gets the customer.

And from someone who does this for a living — Alex Hormozi built and sold service businesses, and now invests in them:

Get your first reply under 60 seconds and you can 4x your conversions.

Hit play — it's 30 seconds. Hosted on YouTube, so it loads their player.

How it works

Five minutes to set up. Then it runs itself.

No DMAC app to install. No new number to hand out. Just jobs showing up in your calendar.

01

Two switches on your phone

Carrier voicemail off, call forwarding on. If voicemail answers first, we never get the call — so this bit matters. On some carriers it’s a dial code, on Telstra and Boost it’s a toggle in their app. We ring you and do both with you, then test it together.

02

We text your customer back

Within 10 seconds of a missed call, they get a friendly SMS from a local number. Reads like you wrote it — because that’s how it’s tuned.

03

AI works out what they need

It asks what the job is, where they are, and how soon. Flags urgent ones — flooding, no power, dead car battery, locked-out tenant, blown air-con — straight to your phone.

04

Job lands in your calendar

One tap drops the booking into whichever calendar you use — Apple, Google, Outlook. You just show up.

What's in it

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Built for sole traders and small crews. No dashboards that take half a day to figure out.

10-second reply

Your customer gets a text before they’ve started googling the next tradie. No queue, no delay.

Works out the job for you

It asks what they need, where they are, and how soon — so by the time you put the tools down, the brief is sitting in your dashboard.

Urgent jobs get straight to your phone

Blocked drain, no power, dead car battery, locked-out tenant, blown air-con, fence down — anything urgent pings you direct so you can ring back.

Drops into your calendar

Booked jobs land in your dashboard with an Add to Calendar button. Apple, Google, Outlook — whichever you already use.

A clean day-end summary

Every call, every conversation, every booking on one page. Catch up on the day in 30 seconds before dinner.

Keep your number. Zero switching cost.

No new SIM. No new number on the van, the website, or the magnet on the truck. One short code turns it on. Cancel and you’re back to normal in 10 seconds.

Reads like you wrote it

Polite, plain English, Aussie. Customers reply naturally because the texts feel like a person typed them — and you can tune the tone in settings.

Built and supported in Perth

AUD pricing, Australian phone numbers, and an actual human on the other end of an email or 0480 090 046 when you need a hand.

The part nobody talks about

Your phone stops being the problem.

Missed calls don't just cost you jobs. They cost you the headspace to do the one you're standing in.

You stop reaching for it

Mid-cut. Three rungs up. Hands in a switchboard. Doing 100 on the freeway with a fine and demerit points riding on it. Lunging for a ringing phone is a reflex — and it’s how tradies get hurt.

A ring stops meaning “that might be money”

Right now every missed call comes with a little jolt — was that work? Was it a good one? When you know it’s already been answered, a ring is just a ring.

You finish the job you’re on

No downing tools, no peeling gloves off, no losing your spot. What’s in front of you gets your full attention, because what’s on the phone is already being handled.

Your evenings come back

No sitting at the kitchen table at 7pm working down a list of numbers you don’t recognise, hoping they haven’t already booked someone else.

You still get every lead. You just stop paying for them with your attention.

The guarantee

No Job, No Fee

You don't pay until DMAC catches you a job.

Not a trial with a countdown — there's no clock running. The day DMAC works out what a real customer needs is the day billing starts. If that never happens, you never pay a cent.

Testing it with a mate doesn't count, and neither do wrong numbers or spam calls — we only bill on a real job. If you don’t win work in the 30 days after that, we refund every cent and you keep the leads.

No forms, no hoops, no “let me transfer you”. Reply to any email or ring 0480 090 046 and you'll get me.

Month to month · Cancel anytime from your dashboard · No lock-in contracts

Works on any Australian carrier, prepaid or postpaid — you just switch call forwarding on and your voicemail off. We walk you through it and check it in under a minute during setup.

FAQ

Got questions? Fair enough.

The ones we hear most from tradies checking it out.

How much does it cost?
$0 to start. You don't pay a cent until DMAC catches you a real job — there's no clock and no countdown, and testing it with a mate doesn't count. If you don't win work in the 30 days after that, we refund every cent and you keep the leads. We call it No Job, No Fee. After that it's month to month, all in Aussie dollars, no contracts and no lock-in: • Starter — $49/mo: up to 30 caught conversations a month. • Pro — $99/mo: up to 80 caught conversations, a custom text-back message, and priority support. • Off The Hook — $300/mo: up to 250 caught conversations, your own greeting voice, and a monthly business review. Every plan catches your missed calls and texts the customer back for you. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time — no penalty.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your existing mobile. We use the standard call-forwarding feature built into every Australian carrier — your customers keep calling your normal number.
Which carriers does it work with?
All of them — Telstra, Optus and Vodafone, plus the MVNOs that ride on those networks (Boost, Belong, ALDI Mobile, amaysim, Kogan, felix, Lebara and more). Prepaid or postpaid, it doesn't matter. The one thing every plan needs is your voicemail switched off so it doesn't answer the call before we can — we show you exactly how for your carrier during setup.
I'm on Boost or a prepaid plan — does it still work?
Yep — prepaid works just as well as postpaid. The only catch is your carrier's voicemail: if it's on, it answers missed calls before we can. Switch voicemail off (we show you the exact steps for your carrier — on Boost it's a quick toggle in the Boost app), turn call forwarding on, and you're set. We confirm it with a one-minute test during setup.
Do my customers know it's AI?
The texts come from a real Australian mobile number and read naturally — you set the tone in settings (more Aussie, more professional, etc). The AI doesn't pretend to be human: if a customer asks straight out, it tells them it's an AI assistant helping you catch missed calls, and that you'll ring them back yourself. Most customers don't ask — they just want their question answered. The ones who do appreciate the honesty.
What about urgent jobs?
The AI flags urgency from the conversation. Burst pipes, flooding, no power, no hot water, smashed windows, gas leaks, locked-out tenants — anything that can't wait — and you get an SMS alert on your phone straight away so you can ring back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep. Month to month. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard in 10 seconds — or ring us on 0480 090 046 and we'll do it for you.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes, and we do it with you on the phone — you don't have to work any of it out on your own. There are two switches to flick on your phone: your carrier's voicemail off, and call forwarding on. Voicemail is the one that catches people out — if it's switched on it answers the call before we can, so it has to go. On some carriers that's a short dial code; on Telstra and Boost it's a toggle in their app. We give you the exact steps for your carrier, then ring your number together to make sure it actually worked. You keep your existing mobile number, so nothing changes for your customers.
What happens if I hit my monthly cap?
We text and email you the moment you hit it, so it's never a surprise. After that, new callers still get a quick text-back from you — they just don't get the full AI conversation until your billing period resets or you bump up a plan. You never get surprise-billed for overages, and you can drop back to your old plan any time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Each business's lead data is isolated at the database level — no other tradie on the platform can see your conversations or customer numbers. Hosted in Australia-available regions, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Still got a question? Email hello@dontmissacall.com or ring 0480 090 046 — if we can't get to your call, a real human will call you back.
